Report a problem
A short description is enough to get started. Helpful details include:
- Your iPhone or iPad model, iOS or iPadOS version, and the app version/build shown in Settings > About.
- What you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead.
- The feed name and episode title if the issue involves a specific podcast.
- A screenshot, if useful, with personal information removed.
Please do not send passwords, sign-in codes, private feed links, full transcripts, or episode audio. We can discuss any additional diagnostics needed before you share files.
Protect your library
Your library is stored on your device, not in a developer-managed account. Do not delete the app or reset your library as a troubleshooting step unless you intend to remove local data. If your library will not load, try the offered retry option and contact support if the problem continues.
Privacy and deletion requests
Use the same support address to ask about information you have sent directly to the developer or to request its deletion. We cannot remotely access or delete a library stored only on your device.
